VOICES is a yearly anthology
produced by Cold River Press. Launched in 2013 as Sacramento Voices, an
anthology that featured only Sacramento regional writers, it soon grew
to encompass an international community of writers, changing its name to
VOICES.

A SPECIAL MEMORIAL ISSUE FOR
D.R. WAGNER
This year is a special MEMORIAL ISSUE for D.R. Wagner,
though the theme remains ANOMALIES, PATHOLOGIES, AND PARADISE. Any
material directly relating to D.R. outside of the theme will be accepted
and is greatly encouraged.
